The holidays are a time to recharge and enjoy new experiences after a busy term. However, if you do want to keep some of the basics ticking over there are a range of ways to do so. Write thank you letters to your family, create a cartoon comic strip about your adventures or send your teacher a postcard? Draw, make silly sentences in the car, read, listen to stories (We love the David Walliams CD's, although he can be a little rude..) or challenge your family to spell tricky words. Beat your parents at times table tennis, 2,4,6,8,10.... or play on some of the great games on the links on this blog.
